This course is designed to assist employers in identifying and fulfilling their responsibilities for posting certain records, maintaining records of illnesses and injuries, and reporting specific cases to the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). Participants who complete this course will be able to identify OSHA requirements and complete OSHA forms 300, 300A, and 301.
This course is designed to assist employers in identifying and fulfilling their responsibilities for posting certain records, maintaining records of illnesses and injuries, and reporting specific cases to the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). Upon successful completion of the course, the student will understand the changes in updated recordkeeping regulations, learn how to utilize the 300, 300A, and 301 forms, determine the difference between first aid and medical services, understand covered employees' concerns, contractors, and temporary employees, and understand employee privacy rights.
