Upon completing the course requirements and passing the examination, you'll receive a Certificate with the CEU's earned. Please note that partial credit or adjustment will not be awarded for individuals who do not successfully meet the criteria for achievement for CEU's based on IACET standards.

All courses listed on this page or in our Podojil & Associates, Inc. course catalog are equivalent to those you would take at a college or major university. Podojil & Associates, Inc. certified courses also exceed the learning experience you would receive from an OSHA Training Institute Education Center (OTIEC).
If you take a Podojil & Associates, Inc. online course, you will be assigned a certified instructor to work with. The fees for attending a learning center course may be slightly higher since many courses come with formal textbooks. American National Standard Institute (ANSI) standards that are registered in your name.
Virtual Instructor-led Training (VILT)
Courses are available upon request at your work location, or the Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VLT) schedule will be announced shortly.

Four weeks prior to schedule training - 0 % of total invoice. The client will be responsible for any charges made for travel and per diem incurred. If no charges occur, then there is no charge.
2-4 weeks before scheduled training, you will be charged - 25% of the course and the travel invoice amount
1-2 weeks before scheduled training, you will be charged- 60% of the course, and the travel invoice amount
If you wait less than one week to schedule training, you will be charged—100% of the course and travel invoice amount.
Once a class has started – No Refund
Please allow up to 2-3 weeks for any refunds. Due to unforeseen circumstances, Podojil & Associates, Inc. and its training partners reserve the right to cancel this activity. In the event of such cancellation, only the registration fee will be returned to the registrant. Podojil & Associates, Inc. and its training partners will not be responsible for travel expenses incurred by the participant in case of cancellation.

The following courses are offered online 24/7, but may be taken at a Podojil & Associates, Inc., Authorized Learning Center.
For example, the United States Department of Labor (OSHA) established the OSHA Training Institute (OTI) Education Centers, a national network of non-profit organizations authorized by OSHA to deliver occupational safety and health training for all levels of workers. However, these centers have no jurisdiction outside of the United States.
Podojil & Associates, Inc. is equal in educational offerings to their federal OSHA since our founders built three and a half OSHA Training Institutes and all of their curricula. The difference is that Podojil & Associates, Inc. can offer professional certifications, while their federal OSHA and OTIEC can only offer course completion certificates. Podojil & Associates, Inc. can offer its educational courses worldwide, while its USA federal OSHA or USA OTIEC's can only offer its training in the United States or trust territories.

CEU is an acronym for “continuing education unit”. A CEU is a standard unit of measurement equal to 10 contact hours of participation in a professional development event/session. CEUs help employees learn new knowledge and skills and reassure employers that their employees can make a valuable contribution.

Many OSHA Training Institute Education Centers (OTIEC) charge up to $895.00 for their courses, and you receive a course completion certificate. Many of our courses will also transfer to Waldorf University for college credit.
